The older the puppy is, the more accurately you can estimate the adult weight. 

General rule of thumb is... 8 week weight x 3.2, 12 week old weight x 2.5 and 16 weeks x 2. 

This is just a guideline and other factors are considered when estimating the future adult

size of a puppy.
